I use the information you share to answer your questions and work on your website. Here’s what that involves.

What you choose to share

If you email me or use a form, I receive the contact details and message you send. The client setup form can also collect business details, logos and photos for your project. Don’t send passwords, Social Security numbers, card numbers or private customer records through these forms.

What I use it for

I use your information to reply, discuss your project, deliver agreed work and provide support. Sending a form doesn’t sign an agreement, take a payment or start a subscription. I don’t sell your inquiries or client leads. I don’t share confidential client information with outside AI services without your specific permission.

The services that help me

This website’s host serves and protects the pages. Gmail handles email, Jotform handles contact forms, setup forms and signatures, and Stripe handles payments and recurring billing. These providers process information needed for their services under their own policies. Card information is entered directly in Stripe.

Browsing and cookies

I haven’t installed my own advertising pixels or analytics trackers. The host may process basic technical information, such as your internet address and browser details, to run and protect the site. The embedded form and linked payment services may use cookies, security tools and usage information under their own policies. Fonts and preview images on the agency pages are served with this website.

How long information stays

I keep correspondence and project records while they’re needed for your inquiry, our work, accounting, legal obligations or disputes. Service providers may keep their own logs and backups. I use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service is completely secure.

Questions, corrections or deletion

Email dominiccaldwell13@gmail.com to ask about information you sent, correct it or request deletion. I may need to confirm your identity or keep records required by law. I’ll explain what applies to your request.
